Individual:
- Your yearly net income before taxes, has to be above 200 000$ for each of the last 2 years and you are expecting to exceed that income amount in the current year. (You can find your net income before taxes, in your tax returns)
- Your yearly net income before taxes combined with your spouse, has to be above 300 000$ for each of the last 2 years and you are expecting to exceed that combined income amount in the current year.
- You own by yourself or with your spouse, liquid assets and investment titles of over 1 000 000$ net value.
- You own by yourself or with your spouse, total net assets of over 5 000 000$. (Your total net assets include real estate, less any related debts).
Corporation:
- A minimum of 150 000$ as an initial investment
- Shareholders combined net assets of over 5 000 000$ -OR- each shareholder must meet the individual qualified investor criteria above.
